Yes, sure. Our designers and engineers can open mold according to your sample.
5.What kind of customize logo can we do
Your logo can be molding embossed, laser etching, pad printing, Painting, silk screening, hot stamping and so on.
7.How many shots can one mold be used?
Usually one mold can be use for 40k-45k shots.
2.How customizable for the foam injection parts?
Entirely. We create molds based on your exact specifications, from size to color, densities and firmness, finishing.
4.Which 3D drawing formats is available for you ?
The Applied software Auto CAD/3DM/STL/STP/STEP/IGS/IGES/ProE, SOLIDWORKS etc are ok for us.
6.What's the sample time & production time for one order?
It’s need around 10-20 working days for sampling, 15-30days for mass production.
8.Is the EVA foaming can be metal / wood overmolding?
No, it’s expand in the mold, you can make the EVA foam molded parts with hollows and then insert the metal/wood parts.
But, PU foam molding can be metal/wood/plastic overmolding, you can choose the suitable foam matearial for your project.
